SAP SD Jobs description
A SAP SD consultant analyzes business issues of moderate scope and participates on teams of SD (sales and distribution) to recommend alternative approaches to resolving the issues. A SAP SD consultant works closely with user communities to understand business issues, environmental constraints, and key functional and reporting needs in order to design business and IT solutions. A SAP SD consultant writes functional specifications to outline system functionality. A SAP SD consultant acts as an interface between business users and the technical team and works with the technical team to prioritize system functionality during all phases of system development. A SAP SD consultant participates in functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps. A SAP SD consultant plays a key role in preparing user documentation and training material as well as performs training functions representing the functional views of how the system should operate. A SAP SD consultant exhibits solid understanding of current job and its impact on the department or organization. A SAP SD consultant applies continuous improvement techniques to the required functional area.A SAP SD consultant should have a BS or MS degree in computer science or information systems. A SAP SD consultant should have work experience for three to five years. A SAP SD consultant should have managed three full life cycle SAP implementations as a SD consultant. A SAP SD consultant should have good experience in customer interactions and expectations management. Excellent communication skills are essential.
