This position will support the reporting and business intelligence initiatives building on the SAP Business Warehouse to deliver business improvements and support throughout all SAP and some non-SAP business processes.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Responsible for all reporting development for business functions
Responsible for assessing the impact of the change, capturing, documenting, and ensuring changes are planned and implemented upon Change Management approval.
Primary contact for business in specific area as related to SAP reporting areas
Provides future direction for new reporting technologies
Works directly with Business Excellence Community to prioritize reporting changes and enhancements
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of business work environment and verifies that solutions provided fulfill the needs of the business in a way that will be accepted by the business.
Provides support to the business on BI data quality and integrity
Develop, implement, and manage the ETL process to bring data from ECC and Heterogeneous systems into SAP BW
Develop processes to load data from non-SAP source systems
Develop options for data access using BI, ECC drill-through, DSO reporting, master data reporting.
Create and maintain data structures (DSO, InfoCubes, Multi-providers and OpenHub)
Create and maintain process chain load schedules
Develop technical, and test scenario documents in collaboration with BEC Functional teams
Communicates openly with upper management and escalate issues when appropriate.
Develops and maintains operational procedures related to good business practices.
Fully understand, support and comply with Dole’s Information Technology policies, procedures and best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five (5) years of SAP BW Development and support in a mid to large sized organization.
Multiple full life-cycle SAP implementation projects with hands-on ASAP experience.
Experience in global locations.
At least two full Life cycle implementation of SAP BW 3.5x/7.x including Data Modeling, Extractions, Data Staging, Loadings, Transformations, and Reporting.
Experienced in at least one of business reporting tools like Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Micro Strategy, and Cognos.
Experienced in developing KPI’s, Dashboards, Analytics, and Report distribution from SAP BW Content.
Development experience in SAP BI 7.0/3.5, ABAP/4, BEx, BO, Cognos, ECC 6.0 SD, MM, PP, APO, CRM, and FI/CO.
Experience in SAP business process related to Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Trade Promotion, CO/PA, Logistics & Operations.
Good understanding of business processes and reporting needs of the business
Extensive experience in reporting standards, concepts, and techniques.
Managerial skills in providing clear guidance and direction to on-site and/or off-site consulting resources
Able to provide realistic estimates for solutions
Able to provide resource loaded project plans to complete key deliverables.
Strong analytic, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Able to develop solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
Prior experience or certification working with ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
Proficient in all software development life cycle (SDLC) phases.
Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley control environment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical major.
Project Management Institute PMP certification a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift minimum 15 lbs. and reach overhead.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal travel up to 10% to understand key functional requirements and for training.
