SAP Security Position The SAP Security position will function as part of an ERP project team. The position will provide SAP Security Team leadership to design, configure, document, test, implement, deliver and support SAP security solutions for all SAP system environments across the SAP system landscape. This position will have influence in the global design of the SAP implementation and be responsible for designing processes that reflect industry best practices and in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives. This position will report to the SAP Security Manager KEY COMPETENCIES:
* Establishes relationships and works closely with the project team management, business stakeholders, or other internal customers to understand their SAP Security needs and requirements.
* Coordinates work effort determination to integrate with overall project activities.
* Assists in prioritization and strategic planning (road maps).
* Collects and analyzes project risks, issues, progress and performance and implements corrective actions as necessary.
* Manages cross project dependencies and work with teams to ensure individual work plans account for these.
* Perform project management activities: creates and maintain project work plans and drives the necessary project control points (resource plan, budgets, risk and issue logs, planning assumptions, milestones / deliverables, change logs, phase reviews, defects, intra/inter-project dependencies).
* Collaborates on company and industry best practices across the teams, and ensures knowledge is leveraged across management, development and business teams; * Experience implementing SAP, while having exposure/interaction with process owners and SME's. DSDIS .
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD. / Years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
* A minimum 5 years experience performing SAP Senior Security administration to include a combination of the following SAP Products: ECC, PORTAL, BI, PI, GRC, and Business Objects.
* US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
* Implementation experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations; experience with large scale and complex SAP environments preferred.
* Strong leadership skills (clear direction, respect, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation, good communication).
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to manage conflict.
* Must be able to work within a diverse team and be a participating member of a team supporting a large implementation.
* An adaptable and flexible approach to problem solving.
* A proven track record on working collaboratively with customers and colleagues.
* Must be able to perform a variety of duties and multi-task.
* Good listening skills and ability to innovate and brainstorm around business ideas and needs.
* Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.

* Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business/technical teams and external consultants.
* Audit experience in a technology audit/risk assessment practice specializing in SAP.
