SAP PLM Jobs
A SAP PLM position implements PLM solutions in an organization. A SAP PLM professional’s prime focus is on leveraging SAP PLM module to support the firm’s business needs. A SAP PLM professional provides IT expertise to support the realization and design of the manufacturing processes for CP/S. A SAP PLM professional maintains close coordination with other functional teams to aid the overall project to achieve the tasks necessary to have the SAP system available meeting business requirements. A SAP PLM professional works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices; and improves PLM integration products, by communicating and working with R &D teams in this regard. A SAP PLM professional defines and creates statements of work and works with customers to define requirements and needs. A SAP PLM professional is responsible for configuring the various software applications to handle new PLM application requirements or to support changes in the organizational structure.
A SAP PLM job requires a BS degree in engineering or computer science. A SAP PLM professional should have ability to drive projects and change maintaining communication and links with all parties. A SAP PLM professional should have 3+ years of experience working with SAP, preferably including experience for SAP PLM-PS project and portfolio management. A SAP PLM professional must have proven ability to communicate and operate in a complex matrix environment. A SAP PLM professional should have tenacity, credibility amongst peers, results oriented, ability to support others and influence in difficult environment.
