SAP Payroll Jobs

A SAP payroll specialist partners with the HR offices to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration of payroll. A SAP payroll specialist provides assistance to clients during the implementation of SAP payroll systems. A SAP payroll specialist sustains the interests and objectives of clients throughout the implementation process. A SAP payroll specialist input and maintains employee payroll records in SAP, auditing for compliance with company policy, procedures and authorizations with cyclical deadlines. A SAP payroll specialist is responsible for pay rolling the employees, handling upcoming queries and liaising with other departments and financial institutions as necessary. A SAP payroll specialist produces month-end journals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts as well as assist in providing payroll information for statutory and tax audits A SAP payroll specialist establishes and maintains a productive relationship with division contacts and internal staff in payroll, HR, benefits and accounting, maintaining confidentiality at all times. A SAP payroll person also assists to develop more efficient, streamlined processes to eliminate manual work focused on automation.
A SAP payroll specialist requires a bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or information technology. Advanced degree is preferred. A SAP payroll specialist job may require experience of two or more complete implementations of payroll systems. A SAP payroll specialist should have ability to maintain confidentiality and should have high ethical standards. A SAP payroll specialist should have outstanding ability to build relationships and customer service skills. Strong communication skills - both oral and written are must.
