SAP Manager Jobs
A SAP manager is responsible for providing technical direction and control of project personnel and for providing a framework for project planning, communications, procedural and contractual activity. A SAP manager’s duty is to organize and lead a cross-functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables. A SAP manager works with the client to identify business requirements and develop the proposal. A SAP manager develops work plans, managing deadlines and coordinate the project team and sub-team activities A SAP manager estimates project skill requirements, works with deployment to identify appropriate resources and manages their integration into the team. A SAP manager communicates status and vision to client management and stakeholders. A SAP manager implements plant maintenance and materials management through the entire project lifecycle (preparation, design blueprint, build, final prep/testing/cutover, go-live and support). A SAP manager performs overall team management, including regular evaluations, budget and risk management and support sales and business development activities.
A SAP manager job requires a graduate degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum eight years of experience. A SAP manager should have working knowledge of current SAP project management methodologies. A SAP manager should have experience with enterprise asset management. A SAP manager should demonstrated client management and relationship management skills. A SAP manager should have strong process and industry knowledge and deep understanding of SAP software and project implementation methodology. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
