SAP Batch Jobs
A SAP batch job carries out management of day-to-day operations related to SAP batch and also carries out complex change and project schedules. A SAP batch analyst safeguards the stability of the production landscapes and applying quality standards/assurance rules to monitor and safeguard the stability. A SAP batch analyst analyses and fixes complex issues affecting the batch schedules, resolving faults. A SAP batch analyst follows the company process to analysis, fix and build procedure to promote code and reference data into production. A SAP batch analyst is responsible for providing and performing work to ensure lowest impacts on the business activity, while developing fixes for batch schedules. A SAP batch analyst develops automation of system checks and tasks in order to improve monitoring of production services and improvement of system management. A SAP batch analyst assumes responsibility for continuous personal development of SAP and office automation software technical, risk and control, and project management skill-sets.
A SAP batch analyst must posses at least a BS degree in science, computer science, engineering (computer/telecommunication) or equivalent. A SAP batch analyst should have 3+ years of working experience in a related field. Basic understanding of database, security and access, and risks and controls concepts are necessary. A SAP batch analyst must be able to quickly learn software applications and should be self-motivated coupled with a strong desire to learn. A SAP batch analyst should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
