The IBM SAP RTR group encompasses a broad range of skills to address complex finance business problems.
As an IBM SAP RTR Consultant you'll bring industry experience & subject matter depth for Record to Report and SAP in order to help our clients increase RTR efficiencies. You will provide the following skills to our clients:
Depth of skills in accounting (both financial and managerial), reporting, analysis, corporate governance, financial supply chain, and treasury management.
Broad understanding in industry-specific processes and compatibility with all SAP industry solutions (New GL, IFRS, ..) and scalable technical architecture that is built for multinational organizations or companies with a global vision.
Understanding of local market requirements, languages, and currencies.
Robust internal controls understanding (Virsa, GRC, ...) and documentation of all financial processes and transactions.
Ability to conduct financial implementations from cradle to grave using IBM methods and tools.
Vision and degree of innovation to address emerging strategies in finance, including collaborative commerce, business process outsourcing, and shared services.

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in SAP
* At least 1 year experience in 1 full SAP life-cycle
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 1 year experience in professional services or consulting
* At least 2 years experience in SAP areas, such as CRM, TPM, APO, PPDS, SNP, OTC, PLM, FICO, Vistex, WMS, OCS, Learning, HR Payroll, HR Self Service and at least 1 full lifecycle implementation.
* English : Intermediate
